CUPID-Mo is a search for neutrinoless double-beta decay in 100Mo which uses 20 Li2MoO4 scintillating crystal operated as bolometers. The experiment will be located in the Laboratoire Souterrain de Modane (LSM)  co-located with the EDELWEISS dark matter experiment. In addition to being a world leading search in 100Mo, it will demostrate the Li2MoO4 scintillating crystals technology for CUPID (the CUORE Upgrade with Particle IDentification).  Bolometers are detectors that measure particles due to a rise in temperature of a cryogenically cooled crystal. The goal of CUPID is to provde CUORE with active background rejection using the combination of the heat and light signals provided by a scintillating bolometer.
